I like the scenic location overlooking the Shenandoah River and being close to the C & O Canal and the Appalachian Trail. AT hiker guests always full of interesting storytelling. HI Harpers Ferry is efficiently run, very clean and had a congenial atmosphere.(Negative numbers mean amount of water needed, positive numbers mean excess water is present).
